Behavior & Attire Guidelines
Dear Members,
Le Malt Imperiale strives to provide its members with the most enjoyable & comfortable experience. As our community grows, we wanted to remind everyone of our rules and regulations with Attire & Code of Conduct set in place so that everyone can enjoy their time at Imperiale.
We’ve created our Behavior Misconduct Policies to help ensure that Le Malt Imperiale is able to uphold the expectations that should be expected from us. They are as follows:
Le Malt reserves the right to terminate the membership of, and/or enact immediate dismissal from club premises for any person(s), members or guests, or any additional joint members on their account, engaging in any of the following types of behavior:
Illegal, or unlawful, behavior of any kind.
Offensive social misconduct including but not limited to inappropriate levels of intoxication; lewd and disrespectful vocal abuse to other members, guests and staff, inappropriate sexual advances of any kind to other members, guests and staff; aggressive and irrational behavior of any kind.
Guests unaccompanied by a member, or otherwise noted on member’s guest list.
Additional guests not included in the total number of allotted guests per member.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct. Any breaches of the above mentioned behaviors by member’s guests are grounds for that member’s membership termination.
ATTIRE GUIDELINES:
While we think that everyone looks (and feels) better in a finely tailored suit or an evening gown, there is no formal dress code. We always recommend an upscale-casual look or nattier, with a collar attire preferred for gentlemen, if we were asked. Le Malt Imperiale prohibits the following attire in all areas of the club at all times:
Baseball hats
Shorts or ripped jeans
Running/gym sneakers
Sweatpants/sweatshirts of any kind
Open-toed shoes (flip flops, sandals, etc)
We also ask that you refrain from wearing athleisure, offensive clothing, or beach attire. Your respect for this dress code, designed with our members & guests in mind, is truly appreciated.
