Le Malt Imperiale Poker Table - Terms & Conditions
By utilizing the poker table at Le Malt Imperiale’s Saloon Bar, members agree to the following terms and conditions:
Member Access
The poker table is exclusively available to current Le Malt Imperiale members.
Non-member guests may participate in games only when accompanied by a member.
Booking Policy
Reservations are required to ensure availability.
Walk-ins are permitted if the poker table is unreserved at the time of arrival.
Reserved sessions are limited to two-hour increments. If other members are waiting, each group is limited to one session per evening.
Recreational Play Only
The poker table is for recreational purposes only. All private games are organized and self-regulated by the members themselves under the following conditions:
The Club’s Role: Le Malt Imperiale is not involved in organizing, facilitating, or profiting from private games in any way.
Privacy: Games must remain genuinely private and self-regulated by the participants.
Time Limits and Availability
Members must vacate the table promptly at the end of their reserved session if another group is waiting.
Members are encouraged to respect time limits to allow fair access for all.
Conduct and Usage
Members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the poker table.
Le Malt Imperiale reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the poker table for any member or guest engaging in inappropriate behavior or violating club policies.
Liability and Damages
Members are responsible for the care of all poker table accessories (cards, chips, etc.).
Any damages caused to the poker table or accessories may result in repair or replacement fees charged to the responsible member’s account.
NY State Law Compliance
In accordance with New York State laws, all use of the poker table must remain strictly recreational.
Le Malt Imperiale does not host, facilitate, or endorse any form of gambling, betting, or wagering.
Modification of Terms
Le Malt Imperiale reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or official member communications.
